You should! We advocate it! We are adjunct to therapy. You do not need to share your painful history to benefit from our services. People with childhood trauma oftentimes could not learn critical foundational life skills. They lack a reference for normal and healthy. Depression and anxiety skews our view of us and the world around us. We provide experiential tools that you can use in your everyday life to cultivate a sense ease, safety and security.
We believe that a group size of 4-6 works best to form connections within the group and invoke a feeling of community
Yes there are amazing free resources out there but sifting through the quality and messaging of those is a chore. Often times we end up mindlessly scrolling Social Media to find the material that would help US. A lot of our time gets wasted. This can be avoided. We take this effort off your plate. By answering our questionnaire we can customize the material to your needs. You discover new effective material without any effort. And we have already done the quality check.
Sure you can. Be a part of whatever helps you! Each step you take has value. We believe people feel a part of community when they can contribute to it, have fun and learn from each other. Our services are designed with this in mind. By participating in our workshops/courses people have a common learning goal and have fun together. We want people to stay in touch and make friends even after the course is over!
